As designers, our role is to convert the requirements and abstract ideas of our clients into a concept. Then on site analysis, the scheme is converted into a sustainable design scheme with aesthetic appeal.
The conceptual design scheme is then modified into drawings incorporating required electrical, plumbing, water supply and sewerage system along with preliminary estimate of cost on area basis.
Drawings, sketches 3-dimensional study models are made for client's/statutory approval and it is ensured that the design is in compliance with codes, standards and legislation, as applicable. Details relating to amenities such as air-conditioning, electronic accessories, other mechanical and electrical system, building safety system such as fire detection and protection system, security system are taken into consideration.
Thereafter, karvin involves in inviting, receiving, analyse tenders from contractors and suitablly advise clients on appointment of contractors. We assist in preparing and submitting completion reports and drawings for the project required by the client and in obtaining completion/ occupancy certificate from statutory authorities, wherever required.
